Each week, our Ministry Teams play an essential role in preparing and facilitating our Sunday Gatherings. From setting up the room or warmly welcoming guests to playing music or serving communion, our Ministry Teams help foster a welcoming environment for all who come to New City.

Hospitality
The role of the Hospitality Team at New City is to provide a warm and welcoming environment to all who enter into fellowship with us as a church gathered. We do this by facilitating the set up and service of certain worship and fellowship elements (communion and coffee), as well as by greeting attendees as they enter into service and being proactive in welcoming newcomers. Our goal is to model the servant-hearted love of Jesus as we serve our church by meeting practical needs during our weekly Sunday morning gatherings.
Setup
The Setup team is responsible for providing an area for God's people to worship and creating an atmosphere that is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable for members/visitors.
Band
The band serves up front in leading the musical and liturgical component of our services.
Production
The purpose of the Production Team is to set up and operate all relevant audio and visual equipment to help fulfill the vision of New City during church gatherings. The Front of House (FOH) is responsible for manning the mixing console during service and leading the production team in setting up audio and visual equipment. Projection is responsible for transitioning between slides during service and assisting the FOH in setting up audio and visual equipment.
Kids
New City Kids Ministry exists to partner with parents in the very beginning of the discipleship process. We’re looking for team members ready to invest in the discipleship of little ones, encourage the spiritual leadership of parents, and creatively share the Good News through words and action each week. There are many ways to serve whether that’s as a Sunday Lead, Elementary or Pre-K teacher, or nursery team member. Training is provided!
